Positive Attitude to Learning

A positive attitude to learning leads to success.  Good behaviour in all aspects of school life has a positive impact on the life of the school community.

All pupils are expected to:

  • Attend and be punctual to school & lessons 

  • Have respect for each other, the environment and themselves.

  • Adhere to the school classroom standards as decided by teacher and pupils.

The London Nautical School Pastoral Care Programme

Our Pastoral Care Programme focuses on the social, moral and cultural development of each student. It is structured around the Form Tutor, who usually works with a tutor group from their entry in Year 7 through to Year 11. Our form tutors are responsible for the day to day welfare for the students in their care. Students and parents are encouraged to talk to the form tutor about any concerns they may have.
